All stories, reports, editorials, submissions and original photos on this site and the GHRS sites are the property of the The Virginia Ghosts Haunting and Research Society and may NOT be reproduced with the express written approval of the Virginia Ghosts Haunting and Research Society's Director or Chief Administrator who will endeavour to receive the original author/reporter's authorization. If you are submitting information, we will ask for your express approval via e-mail and if we do not receive an answer in 15 days, we will post the report or story WITHOUT names or exact addresses and they will become the sole property of the Virginia Ghosts Hauntings Research Society. If a request to reproduce any item comes in, the same applies, we will request your authorization but if it is not forthcoming within 15 days of the request, the authorization will be approved without the exact address or names given to the requester. We are not responsible for the content of submissions and cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur through the use of the information on these pages. We will do our best to ensure accuracy and security but cannot take responsibility for actions taken outside our organization(s).
